BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Cut & Paste has the perfect parties for your creative kids.

Whether we’re painting shapes or castles, exploring paint pouring or designing
galaxies, making beaded collars for our stuffed pets or bath bombs, our parties
allow kids to express their creative self in their projects. Parents love us because
not only do we run the parties, but we do all the clean-up, too!

In our location at 3330 Partner Place, Suite 156, we have a private room for kids’ birthday parties. This way party guests are separate from other customers during the party. While this room can seat up to 14 kids and 2 adults, other parents can relax in our parent waiting area, just outside the party room.

We are also able to host larger parties and those for older children, teens and
adults, in the main crafting area where we have seats for 24 crafters. These parties can only be held at certain times. Please make sure to call us at least 3 weeks out to book a time where we can accommodate your larger party

Are you ready for a Cut & Paste Party?

We have several party options available, appealing to different ages and interests,
so choose the one perfect for your kids.

The best way to book a party is to call us at 859-223-0114, because we’d love to discuss all the details with you, but if you prefer you may submit our online birthday request form and we will call you to confirm time and details. We do require a $50 deposit and you may pay that over the phone.

All party packages include:

Option 1: Shape Painting (ages 3 and up)

This option can fit kids of any age and is our most popular. The birthday child selects 4 or 5 craft choices from our $10-14 range which can include birdhouses, animal and character shapes, minecraft swords and more. Each guest will paint one project.

  • $15 for each additional child

Option 2: Spa Party (ages 6 and up)

Make your next party a fun and relaxing trip to the spa! Each child will make a lava bead scented necklace and two cupcake bath bombs to take home.

PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 90-minute party
  • Two cupcake bath bombs, with child’s choice of scents and colors
  • Lava bead diffuser necklace with child’s choice of scents and colored beads

PRICING

  • Up to 8 children: $180
  • $15 for each additional child

For the Spa Party we do not have another option for younger children or boys who don’t wish to make bath bombs and necklaces. Siblings may paint at the tables outside the party space at an additional cost per item.

This party must be booked 2 weeks in advance so we can be sure to have all supplies in stock.

Option 3: Castle Painting (ages 3 and up)

Queens and Kings, get ready to craft your own castles! These 3-D wooden castles, custom designed just for Cut and Paste, are 6″ tall, deep, and wide and are perfect to house little Lego folks, Polly Pockets or other tiny creatures. Kids will paint their castles, then bling them out with gems and sequins to create their own Hogwarts, Minecraft, or Auradon Castle.

Option 4: Pet Adoption Party (ages 3 and up)

Turn your child’s party into a stuffed animal adoption event. The birthday child can choose to offer puppies or kittens or unicorns for their guests to adopt. Kids will create beaded name collars, matching bracelets, leashes, adoption certificates, and pet carriers. While great for all animal lovers, this is especially good for our youngest birthday kids as there is no paint involved in these crafts.

  • 1 puppy or kitten per child
  • Collars, bracelets, leashes, carriers, and adoption certificates to decorate

Option 5: Canvas Painting (ages 7 and up)

Take your party to the next level with Canvas Painting. The birthday child will select a canvas painting project from one of our many designs and we will teach the whole party to paint like a master! Designs are pre-traced onto the canvas, making it easy for the kids to paint along with us.

  • Birthday child’s choice of canvas designs

  • Up to 8 children: $200
  • $15 for each additional child (12 child maximum)

Final number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours before the party. Price will be set at that time. We will not be able to add guests the day of the party.

Option 6: Name Circle Door Hangers (ages 8 and up)

Older kids can create a 12″ circle door hanger customized with the letters of their name. We can teach the kids techniques like ombre, galaxy, polka dots, and stripes. Younger siblings may choose a simpler project. This party can be customized for teens using larger chairs and tables in the main area of the studio.

  • Up to 8 children: $220
  • $15 for each additional child (12 child maximum)

Parents should send a list of guests’ names a few days before the party to info@cutandpastecraftstudio.com.

Option 7: Paint Pouring (ages 8 and up)

Try out our favorite new technique! Kids will learn three different paint pouring techniques and choose their favorite to decorate a 12″ circle, then top it with their monogram letter. This project is best for kids who can follow directions and pay attention, and not for rowdy groups. All paint pourers must be at least 7 years old. This party can be customized for teens using larger chairs and tables in the main area of the studio.

  • 12″ wooden circle + monogram letter

PRICING

  • Up to 8 children: $220
  • $15 for each additional child (12 child maximum)

For all parties:

2-hour parties may only be scheduled during one of the following time slots: Fridays beginning between 4:30 and 6 pm, Saturdays at 10 am or 6 pm, or Sundays at 3:30 pm.

Be sure all guests arrive on time, because instruction will start even if some are late.

We will require a $50 deposit to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be moved to a different date. Total number of guests must be confirmed 2 days before the party, and your final price will be set at that time. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the party is set to begin.

We have very limited space for adults. If you are using the private party room, only 2 parents will be able to stay in the room, while the rest of the parents sit in our parent waiting area. If all of your guests’ parents plan to stay for the party, please limit your party guests to 10 or fewer. Consider inviting extended family only for the last half hour while we do cake and presents. We do not guarantee chairs for non-crafting adults.

In the case of inclement weather, we will make every attempt to reschedule your party as quickly as possible. If we are unable to reschedule parties due to weather, we will refund your deposit.
