Family Friday Thankful Wreath

Join us for another fun Family Friday Night when we will make this cute Thankful Wreath. Families will paint clothes pins in their favorite fall colors, and then we’ll clip them on to a wreath form. We’ll paint a heart to hang in the middle and add a favorite Thanksgiving saying. You can choose to write “I Am Thankful For…” then invite all your Thanksgiving guests to write what they are thankful for on the clothes pins. A sharpie marker will be included in the class.

You can use this wreath year after year until your clothes pins are all filled.

Finished wreath is about 12″ tall.

We welcome moms, dads, grandmas, grown-up friends, or babysitters working with their kids.

You may drop in any time between 5 and 9 pm to make your wreath, but plan to spend about an hour working on it. You will need to register to reserve your wreath supplies.

Parent/Child Gingerbread Canvas Class

Each year we add a new canvas to our series of holiday Parent/Child classes and this year it’s an adorable gingerbread friend. The original is a gingerbread man, but kids can customize theirs to be a man, woman, boy or girl.

We call it Parent/Child, but we welcome moms, dads, grandmas, grown-up friends, or babysitters working with their kids.

We also have canvas classes on Dec. 8 and 15.

Adult and child pairs will each paint one canvas together. The cost is $30 for 1 child/1 adult or $50 for 2 children/1 adult (painting 2 canvases). This class is best for kids 5 & up.

Masterson Station Neighborhood Association (Private Event)

This is a private event for members of the Masterson Station Neighborhood Association only. If you are not a member, and you’d like to paint one of these shapes with us, please see our Dec. 3 Holiday Paint Night at Cut & Paste.

Welcome guests to your home this season with a beautiful holiday-themed door hanger. Choose your favorite wooden shape and we’ll walk you through all the steps to make this a gorgeous addition to your home.

Choose from our layered “Merry & Bright” design, our etched Grinch design, our circle with the words “Merry Christmas” with or without the bow and greenery, or our  ornament shape with the letter of your choice.

The layered designs are super easy to create as each piece is painted separately, then glued together, as is the Merry Christmas word and the letter. The Grinch shape is also easy as the design is laser etched into the wood.

We’ll be bringing a large selection of paint colors, brushes, polka dot pouncers, design tape, and talented staff to help you create your vision. We’ll bring aprons to keep your clothes clean, but we always recommend you “dress for the mess!” Long, dangling sleeves just love to dip themselves in paint.

We’ll bring a selection of ribbon that we can staple to the back of your piece to hang on your door and a choices of bows to compliment your design.

Holiday Paint Night

Do you need a night away from all the holiday craziness? Still need a gift for someone? Join us this night for an evening of relaxing door hanger painting.

We do registration for this class a little differently from others. You will pay the base price for our least expensive door hanger, $28, then if you choose something more expensive, add on wooden words, or a big poufy bow, you’ll pay the difference that night. You can even choose to use the credit to paint Christmas ornaments!

Door hangers range in price from $28-36, add on words are $6-10, and big poufy bows (we tie them for you) are $2-5.

We’ll have cider and cookies, but feel free to pick up dinner on your way and eat while you paint. Invite your friends and make a nice relaxing girls night in the middle of a busy season.

Beginner Macramé Ornament Class

Macramé is one of our favorite new ways to make Christmas ornaments. In this class, just perfect for beginners, we will teach you some of the basic knots you can use to create a Santa/gnome, a wreath and a snowflake.

This class is designed for adults and for kids ages 10 and up, and is perfect for mother/daughter pairs. Kids ages 10 and up may attend alone.

It’s our annual Reindeer painting class! This adorable little guy has gotten some Christmas lights stuck in his antlers.

Gift Crafting Workshop

Join us for a Gift Crafting Workshop for kids! We’ll make three holiday-themed gifts that kids can give to family and friends.

We’ll enjoy a holiday treat, and play some fun games. If your kids have joined us for this workshop in the past, don’t worry, we have all new projects for this year, including terra cotta pot candy dishes, Christmas tree ornaments and reindeer gift bags.

Ages 5-12. $45. Discounts for siblings.

This is a drop-off event, so parents can leave the kids and run off for coffee or Christmas shopping!

Winter Break Snow Crafting Workshop

It’s Winter Break, so take a little crafting break with us as we whip up some snow-themed crafts
